Contacting Technical Support:

The best way to contact Data Network Group with a service request is to send an email to support@dngnet.com.  When you send an email to this address it will automatically create a service ticket in our service request system. 

The next best way to contact us is to log a ticket through our Web Portal by clicking on our Client Login link. Your login and password will be assigned to you.  When you log a ticket through the portal it automatically creates a service ticket in our service request system.

The Web Portal allows you to view the status of your service ticket, view the support knowledgebase and it allows certain users to view invoices online.
