What is
Complete Care
and why should we invest in it?
Complete Care offers total management, maintenance and support of your computers and servers for a flat monthly fee. You computers will be proactively maintained to ensure they are running at peak performance.
What is covered under the
Complete Care agreement?
- Any troubleshooting or technical support on included equipment and software will be covered under the plan.
- Proactive maintenance of your IT assets will be covered.
- Upgrades of current software will be covered under the plan.
How do we get started with
Complete Care?
Data Network Group will evaluate your network and determine what will be required to prepare your environment for Complete Care . We want to ensure that your servers, workstations and IT infrastructure are up-to-date before starting the program.
- DNG will inventory each PC, server and any other equipment to be covered under the plan.
- We will check for any necessary updates on the hardware and software of all workstations and servers.
- DNG will then present a report that will describe any work do be done prior to the start of the Complete Care agreement.
What's not covered under the
Complete Care agreement?
- New computer installations
- Brand new software installations
- Devices not included in the plan
What are the client responsibilities under the agreement?
- All hardware must be under a current manufacturer warranty.
- All software must be licensed and supported by manufacturer.
- Organization must have antivirus, spyware and spam filtering solutions. (DNG can help procure these solutions.)
- Employees will not install any non work related software onto the computer/laptop without prior approval. Any work resulting from non-approved software will result in labor billed for time & materials.
How will I know if I have out-dated equipment or software that may not be covered under the Complete Care agreement?
Data Network Group will help determine the status of all your equipment. If equipment hardware and/or software are no longer covered by a manufacturer's warranty it is considered legacy equipment and may not be covered by Complete Care .
What happens if one of my legacy computers has a failure?
If one of your legacy computers fail and it is not covered under the Complete Care agreement, we will fix it based on standard time and material rates.
- If your equipment is not covered by a manufacturer's warranty, DNG may cover it under a special maintenance program that would include optimization and monitoring services for a lower monthly fee.
