When you sign up with our Proactive plan you'll be assigned a dedicated senior level engineer who will proactively check vital system activities such as backups, system event logs, security threats, apply necessary updates and perform other functions to keep your network running smoothly.  

Our Proactive solution clients also enjoy the benefit of a priority on-site response if a problem does arise whether it occurs on a server, workstation or peripheral. We also provide up-to-date network documentation and monthly monitoring reports at no extra charge.
