We experienced an issue which put our server offline. Before we even had the chance to respond, the DNG team was already looking into the issue. Nathan from DNG immediately called me to explain the problem, and despite it being after hours, he continued to update me on the issue via email. Nathan was able to get the server back online, and everything was back to normal the next morning.
Nathan and the entire DNG staff have proven to be both professional and pleasant to work with. We are confident that switching to Complete Care was the right choice.
